In a sea of flowing forms surrounded by deep shades of blue, the Seaside – Fish Restaurant consistently makes a feature of its speciality. This is where fish becomes a feast and is staged in a surprisingly new way. Large curved wall structures embellished with a fish scale texture define the room, enclosing show kitchen, bar and display area. Weather-worn wood, white tiles, industrial windows and numerous old bottles create a market feel. Thus, the conception leads to many differing room atmospheres which provide the apt favorite spot for every taste and any dwell time and allow fascinating views into and out of the restaurant.
