Progressive cavity pump

After intensive development work, seepex introduced “Smart Conveying Technology” (SCT) for progressive cavity pumps to the market. The distinguishing features of SCT are the split Smart Stator and the Smart Rotor’s detachable connection. These innovations allow for easy replacement of the stator and rotor. Compared to non-SCT pumps, this intelligent technology reduces installation time by up to 85% while also reducing life cycle costs. Additionally, the retensioning mechanism can extend the service life of the rotor and stator by up to 200%. No special tools are required for the entire process. Simple and smart.
