SenSura Mio is designed to give the feeling of being healthy and to provide dignity. Previously, ostomy bags were skin-colored but because this was reminiscent of old prosthetic devices, the user was stuck in a medical case history. The new grey breaks away from decades of practice and paves the way for a completely new mindset in the industry. The newly developed color is the most discreet color in the world (Patent Pending) and goes unnoticed beneath light or thin clothing. Also, the color is neutral to ethnicity and skin color. The material has been changed from uncomfortable and medical nonwoven to the far more worthy silk-like woven textile.
