In Shenzhen's 17 Miles, there is a home that blends the scenic mountain and sea views with the charm of hutong culture. Starting with a minimalist concept, the designer crafted a space that brings together the feel of mountain and sea, merging elements of communal and private living. The result is a space where one can enjoy Miami-style ocean views while also experiencing the ambiance of a Beijing hutong. The designer aims to carry forward Vanke's early vision of creating a seaside vacation atmosphere in Shenzhen, promoting a healthy and eco-friendly lifestyle that encourages interaction and harmony between neighbors and nature.
