S.F.P.D
Microplastics detector
S.F.P.D. utilizes terahertz (THz) electromagnetic wave technology to detect residual plastic particles in fish. Before sorting and classification, plastic material detection is conducted. The fish containing plastic particles are separated and cut through the fish processing slice to remove plastic particles. In addition, S.F.P.D.’s modular machine design can independently apply a terahertz (THz) electromagnetic wave detector in a traditional fish wholesale market to prevent people from eating plastics.
This equipment is designed for the end of the food chain. It can be used in fishing boats, by fishermen's guilds or at fish auctions. The design concept is based on technology.
WINNER STATEMENTThis award is a great source of encouragement and affirmation for us. With a grateful heart, we will remind ourselves to bring more great design concepts to the world.
