'Shinhan's Business Bank' designed for Corporation
Unlike general clients Corporations and SMEs had needs to visit bank branches during their office hours to not only deal with massive transfers, but also specialized business banking tasks. We did thorough user research on their latent needs and found certain patterns laid within their everyday usage which involves frequent finantial transactions. Then we applied this meticulously measured menu structure and UX design to introduce [Shinhan's Business Bank] for efficient and handy banking.
