Most South Korean financial institutions offer services such as banking, credit cards, stocks, and insurance through separate applications. This requires customers to install multiple apps and navigate disconnected processes for service registration and use. Recognizing these challenges, we have created a unified application that allows customers to access all their financial activities through a single app. This groundbreaking project is the first of its kind for a South Korean commercial bank. In the future, we plan to expand this initiative by adding a wider range of financial and non-financial services, evolving it into a mega-platform.
