Do environmentally friendly products always have to be durable? How can the tension between sustainability culture and consumer society be resolved? It is time to question the guidelines of our existing economic system and to adapt them to our current circumstances. This compostable, modular sneaker is made from regional materials and bases the useful life of the shoe on the short lifespan of the materials. This shoe concept does justice to both sustainability and consumer culture. The individual shoe elements are modular and can be freely combined again and again!
