Shoku-tei Sushi, a Michelin-level Japanese cuisine brand, chose Shenzhen as the site for its first restaurant in mainland China and entrusted local design firm NATURE TIMES ART DESIGN to create the space. A restaurant’s mission is often to offer a relaxing, sensitive, immersive, and intimate environment that lets people temporarily get away from their daily routines. The design not only created a space in which to enjoy delicate food but also a calming, immersive atmosphere to escape temporarily from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
