Community Diagnostic Centers provide planned diagnostic care nearer to home avoiding the need to attend acute hospital sites. Designed to promote early diagnoses and timely treatment in a convenient location with personalized and effective care. Adapting the perception of healthcare into a retail setting by providing a warm welcoming setting and leveraging the use of calm spaces by mimicking nature inside reduces anxiety and improves experience. This design is unique in that it not only brings care into the heart of the city but by repurposing a vacant building significantly reduces the carbon footprint compared to an equivalent new building.
