Since the use of large amounts of oil in wok-based cooking puts ease of cleaning at the forefront of demands for exhaust hoods on the Chinese market, Siemens designed the underside of this product without any seams (one-piece body). The front of the box is slightly slanted downward towards the person operating the device. This feature in combination with modern touch electronics and a large LCD display provides maximum comfort of use. Thanks to the unit’s mix of stainless steel with a partial black insert, it can be easily combined with many other Siemens products such as the gas cooktop and the sterilizer.
