A collaboration with Momentum Design Lab identified key pain points and opportunities, resulting in a redesign that empowers users to make faster, data-driven decisions to optimize their spend, carriers, and contracts—reducing inefficiencies and costs. Our project is distinct for its user-centric approach, transforming a complex, fragmented tool into an intuitive platform that addresses real-world logistics challenges, revolutionizing the industry.
