Philips Design created the reception hub, lecture theatre and Chill-out Zone of the Philips Singapore Learning Center. The space was designed for users who are being trained in the highly technical and medically complex content. It also can be used by any other Philips groups. To lighten the demanding training experience, an area was created with an open layout of flowing spaces and dynamic ambient lighting, articulated with the use of light materials and dynamic forms. Light is used to change the form and feeling of the environment, guide behaviour, stimulate moods and influence the way people interact with one another and with the space.
