Co-creation Cultural Experience Service

Sinnan Street in Taoyuan, Taiwan carries a century of lived culture, yet curbside parking and cluttered frontages block strolling and sightlines, keeping its stories out of view. Rooted in “street as brand, local partners as DNA,” we implement a four-step co-creation process: Explore, Focus, Translate, Open, that turns co-created keywords into walk-in touchpoints that invite people to stay and talk along the street. Year one, “Imagining Our Street Life Together,” tackles casual parking, reveals facades, and invites visitors to slow down. The system continues as seasonal open-house cycles and is replicable for other streets.
