This cutlery is made from carbon fibre, so that each knife, fork and spoon weighs only six grams. It therefore feels considerably lighter in the hand than metal cutlery. The material is also odour and flavour-neutral, making it suitable for people with a nickel allergy. As the jet-black cutlery contrasts with the food, this serves to underscore the colours of the dishes. The thin, flat contours of the handles make the cutlery easier to use while giving it a supple feel.
