SK Telecom is the No.1 telecommunication service provider and digital platform company in Korea, and the goal was to convert to a new working environment called Work from Anywhere (WFA) to work without restrictions of physical space, in line with the trend of digital transformation. Through this project, we propose a service that can not only access a base office and book seats and meeting rooms through Sphere, which will be the center of WFA, but also solve emotional and physical problems at work. Furthermore, we aimed to provide new working experiences and value to SK Telecom members according to the contactless working environment.
