SKALA

Laboratory equipment

METER Group

SKALA was designed to replace pen and paper in food quality assurance labs. It connects to any device with a serial port, including lab balances, moisture analyzers, pH meters, refractometers and water activity meters. SKALA Hub and SKALA AQ 1 submitted as a unit, are the basis laboratory equipment for food safety. SKALA is the first system to design lab workflow into a device that reduces documentation tasks to two clicks on a touchscreen. Unlike LIMS, paper records and excel spreadsheets, SKALA eliminates transcription errors and creates a permanent record which is uploaded to a secure server for permanent storage and manager review.
