Skoda was a pioneer among automotive manufacturers to adopt best practices from the software industry to deliver a unified experience to its customers.
Over three years ago, Skoda Auto embarked on a transformation journey to establish a consistent look and feel, from mobile interfaces to car infotainment screens. In 2021, a design system called Flow was published. Flow DS now serves as the cornerstone for the creation of digital interfaces in the post-Covid era: it functions as a virtual playground, facilitating a global community of designers and developers to access component libraries and guidelines on a daily basis.
