Sky Green is in the heart of Taichung, a thriving city center for both business and leisure. Nevertheless, the location has some drawbacks; heavy traffic, dense population, a mix of old and new buildings, poor air quality, and a lack of green spaces. This condominium building features a green structure as the main facade with 260% high green coverage. The exterior offers a pleasant, natural environment in an urban context, functioning as a powerful air purifier that brings greenery right downtown. The building also conforms to the city's brand new green building Livable Housing Act regulation.
