Smart bedside station is a personalized medical service platform installed at the bedside for inpatients, or patients who are admitted at the hospital. The service is designed to improve the patient’s hospital stay experience by providing a personal “Bedside Scheduler” via a simple timeline interface. It also offers “Bedside Room Service” for ordering meals or linen changes and “Bedside Check In / Check Out” services such as bill payment or request for official records. Smart bedside station is user-friendly for all ages, from children to seniors, and contributes to an improved, more satisfactory hospital experience for both patient and caregiver.
