For the “smart Eurotraining 2004“ course in Barce-lona, preceding the launch of the new smart forfour car, diffus designed a high-quality file as an individual part of a training concept in which the delegates themselves progressively file the information packs completed in the workshops. The fact that they have a personalized copy increases acceptance and a sense of the documents' value, ensuring that the delegates understand the personal process involved in learning and participating in the event. The package also included a limited edition smart forfour quartet card-game. A microsite rounds off the event communication by extending the delegates contact with the product to several weeks prior as well as after the event. The training media used are strongly linked to the training plan and are an active component of the learning process, both during the event and in terms of their long-term impact.
