Flood is a natural disaster. If it happens in big city like New York, it will damage up to billion dollars. However, although it results from mother nature, sometimes human’s behavior often made this disaster happen. According to government’s research, the main reason to result in flood is that human’s garbage obstructs the ditch. Furthermore, because the rain can not flow into the ocean by ditch gates, the city will be flooded. To solve this problem, we design a new Smooth Walk. It not only prevent the trash falling but also avoid the broken of high heel shoes.
