Therapeutic Community Garden Experience

SohaDam Soop('Soop' being Korean for 'forest') reimagines a senior welfare center as a sensory landscape where nature becomes part of daily life. As mobility declines with age, access to nature often fades—this project brings it back to where people live and gather. Through biophilic design and a unique fragrance developed in collaboration with Korea’s first perfumer, Jeong Misoon, the space awakens memory and emotion through touch, sound, and scent. It is a community garden in Gwangmyeong City that heals, connects, and restores the rhythm of life.
