In the index of graduates the focus is on the personality of the young designers. The elements are a photo, a statement on design philosophy and a spot color, individually selected. The page layout is derived from the Pantone color code, using a formula. This meant that the project leaders themselves refrained from making any assessment of the work, providing only a grid for the design. Both the placing of the page in the book and the page layout are determined only by the specific colors chosen by the students. With this experimental concept, a high level of appreciation is expressed towards the students printed in 43 spot colors.
