Is it a design rug or a fashionable sports mat? kymo lets design aficionados decide for themselves. The idea behind the concept is to translate the typical sneaker look into a carpet. In order to reach an airy feeling when lying or walking on SPORTS 1, the elastic, yet durable polyester mesh, is sewed around a core of polyurethane foam. At the same time, the hexagonal holey structure of the textile in combination with robust leather gives this unique rug all necessary stability.
