City of Tomorrow Oldenburg

Oldenburg was crowned as the City of Science in 2009 for its City of Tomorrow claim. STOCKWERK2 designed the competition CD which also formed the basis for the comprehensive, motto-inspired and cross medial representation that bathed the cityscape in orange bubbles. The web design at the center of the concept had been designed by STOCKWERK2 as the city’s permanent communication platform previously to the competition. Interfaces for other website, mobile terminals and a City terminal were also created. Thanks to a self-developed data publishing solution the program books were generated straight from the online calendar.
