The project is a former residential building with eight floors above ground and two floors underground that will become Catwalk's new corporate headquarters. In addition to office space, requirements include entrance halls, dance classrooms, studios, multi-functional exhibition halls, cafes, a lounge space for VIPs, and many other functions. The original layout, power supply, and drainage configurations had to be re-adjusted to accommodate new functions.
