Starbrick Olafur Eliasson

Starbrick, an innovative modular luminary system, was designed by the artist Olafur Eliasson and marketed by Zumtobel. Eliasson describes Starbrick as an experiment of light modulation and space. Individual modules may be connected to groups of any size which can further develop alongside various vectors in the room. For the market launch, a communication package (folder and a brochure in four languages) was devised. On the cover pages a wire-model of the luminary is coined. The embossing and the play of various paper grades turn the communication package into an experience when it comes to the surface feel and visual appealing.
