STARCH Boutique

Interior architecture design

STARCH Foundation

An interior that redefines the typical boutique making it dynamic and never fixed, allowing the space to become a million spaces. A spatial installation of brass members that latch to wall and ceiling-bound hooks forming an interconnected clothing rail, which can be reconfigured. The members float over pedestals on a rough white floor, both made of casted plaster. With these contrasting elements of mass and outline comes a mobile spherical light source held by balancing concrete counterweights. We took the basic hanger into a more spatial dimension that led us to create structures from a single module playing within a minimal surreal space.
