Coworking space
station NEO is a leading co-working office space incubating deep tech startups in South Korea. In order to increase the frequency of direct and indirect contact among members, a courtyard was located on all three floors, including the rooftop, to ensure two or more shared meeting spaces for each individual offices. The structurally exposed design and the provision of large windows gave tenants a choice of space closeness and openness. This was designed to increase the cognitive area and allow natural light to enter all spaces.
