STEADY POWER WIRE ART
Exhibition
TAYA GROUP
The TAYA Group 65th anniversary exhibition STEADY POWER crafts a narrative of “stable everyday life”, telling stories using the hidden wires that transport electricity for our lives. INCEPTION invited the artist Zxin Li to use copper wires from TAYA Electric to create a huge tree that symbolizes the TAYA group. Stemming out from the tree are five daily scenes of ordinary lives – a porridge stall, dining table, train, temple, and beacon – showing how TAYA touches the daily life of Taiwan. These scenes, paired with lights and relatable narration, remind audiences of the ways TAYA has supplied people with power.
