To start using the sterile nozzle, the operator inserts the fitting holder, disposable blade and TPE tube and starts the connection process via the touch screen. The instrument first heats the blade to remove the pyrogen, and then cools to the welding temperature, which is controlled by an infrared sensor. After the blade cuts the pipe, the pipe holder automatically rotates and a new connection is established.
