Annual brochure

The annual brochure showcases a selection of books awarded the title "Most beautiful books of the world" by the German Stiftung Buchkunst. Being part of the jury, we realized that these books are like a circus troupe, traveling through the world, being judged by the audience, performing stunts of the trade. And of course, circus – a creative framework in decline and remodeling – is a perfect metaphor for the book trade per se. So we found a circus, made photos with the international artists, found a paper sponsor, tricked more pages out of the printer, had a lot of fun and went to work. We hope you like the result.
