Traditional straw sandals are the work shoes that Penghu people used to collect food in the intertidal zone. They are also a way for people to connect with the sea essentials. To do the experience activities of traditional straw sandals crafts, it takes 6 hours to weave a pair of straw sandals. It is not easy to effectively promote this craftsmanship to people. Therefore, we designed a postcard, which you can easily learn this straw sandals weaving skill through a 10-minute teaching video. It conveys the craft of Penghu people who live by the sea, and also conveys the blessing of " have a safe journey" to friends.
