The site is a two-story house merged with two units. Maximized the six-meter ceiling height to re-plan the space to create a refreshingly cozy atmosphere. To create visual connections, the design team weakened the partitions to enhance visual communication between different areas and promote interaction between people. At the same time, the aluminum mesh and the three-meter-wide door frame create a sense of privacy while defining a comfortable distance. The project does not follow the classic sales techniques in planning the space but makes the buying and selling process more open, transparent, and concrete.
