Publishing of large media data via web browsers is a lengthy and in many cases user-unfriendly process. Data will be transmitted in full resolution onto the server and afterwards scaled down to the correct format. The software sucker.dumper has been developed in order to simplify the publishing of blog entries at the youth community www.sucker.de. Featuring an easy-to-use and target-group-relevant design, the application enables the easy creation of photo albums. Data will be scaled down to the right format at clientside and transmitted onto the server in a bandwidth-friendly way.
