SUNK is a small home. Maybe the smallest home of The Netherlands which is built within the rules of the Dutch building permit. The SUNK is intended for single-person households. That is no longer a niche in the housing market. The book about the competition 'Small Living Small Homes' reports that more than a third of Dutch households live alone and that this share is growing.
