Launched by Liu Haisu Art Museum, the Public Art and Community Building Plan of Su Shanghai has been designed to bring art into Shanghai's streets and neighborhoods. The idea is to imbue the city with architectural vitality and improve community life by creating a hub for the arts. The first component of the project is the Shanghai Community Art Museum located at 1088 Lane of Yuyuan Road, which was co-constructed by Liu Haisu Art Museum and the founder of CRATER, architect Zhang Haiao.
