Suzhou Culture and Arts Center was established in October, 2007. It is the largest landmark of culture and art in Suzhou. It also has the most complete functions and the best equipment. Suzhou International Expo Center was opened to public in 2004. The concept of it is “Art starts here”. It complies with such operation cores as “focused on the development, guided by the market and ensured by the management”. The design concept comes from the various windows of Suzhou Gardens. Same perspective, different sceneries, various cultures are viewed. Through the window, we see a different world, and the world captures Suzhou with rich culture.
