Communication helmet

How can a person communicate efficiently when working at a height? SYNC creates a shortcut for telecoms technicians to communicate intuitively with team members in real-time even in high-pressure situations. Thanks to the compact integration of a wide-angle camera, lidar scanner, laser sensor, earphone, and microphone, SYNC is ideal for both working at heights and on the ground, assuring technicians’ safety and comfort. Each part of SYNC can be easily replaced instead of requiring the user to purchase a new unit, thereby reducing unnecessary waste.

No questions. The Communication Helmet concept is elaborated and presented at the highest level of design. This is how industrial design should be. I am very impressed.

WINNER STATEMENT

It is an honor for me to have my design recognized by the iF DESIGN TALENT AWARD 2021. This is definitely a big encouragement for me to keep doing industrial design and I trust that industrial designer is still a very powerful profession not only today but also in the future.
