40% of children with Type 1 Diabetes are diagnosed in life-threatening diabetic ketoacidosis¹, preventable through early detection. Yet the system fails: families wait months for screening, physicians lack protocols, positive results arrive without context, and years of monitoring happen unsupported. We designed the first end-to-end T1D early detection ecosystem, transforming fragmented crisis management into orchestrated prevention. From physician education through screening access to long-term monitoring coaching, each touchpoint anticipates needs before they become barriers.
