For over 30 years, the space was a seafood restaurant and has now been transformed into a new type of real estate agency. The design creates the comfortable ambiance of being at home. The entrance is set back from the street, making the foyer into an in-between space that smoothly blends the transition from public to private areas. Basement access has also been moved to the front door, allowing independent use of the extra space.
