Reconstruction project for the general contractor's business office. We have worked on producing our own office by pursuing the integration of the spaces, framing structure, environment and producing methods. A new structural style was developed with the intention of packaging the following factors into one: countermeasures against earthquakes and floods which are local issues, response to diverse work styles, securing of parking spaces, and an iconic form to enhance the sense of unity of workers. Use of the new structural style affects the feelings of workers beyond a universal space, aiming at an office space that enhances their identities.
