To compound the problem, many patients do not adhere to their medication regimens correctly, resulting in poor outcomes and unnecessary healthcare costs. Introducing Tapp, a 'smart' system, designed to incentivize, guide and support patients. Tapp is a low-cost, easy-to-use adherence monitor which utilizes cheap, disposable electronics that are adhered to standard blister packaging in combination with smart phone technology.
