DENSO CORPORATION

This project is a digital initiative that began in Japan with a clear mission: to preserve endangered traditional craftsmanship through motion capture and digital archiving, making invaluable human skills accessible to future generations worldwide. What started as a local effort is now evolving into a global movement. While initially focused on Japanese artisans and intangible cultural heritage, the project is expanding its scope to include traditional crafts and fading skills from around the world.
