The new TZR building integrates efficiency, cradle-to-cradle principles, and sufficiency. An 800 m² green south façade provides natural sun protection and is irrigated with rainwater from a roof reservoir. The biodiverse roof, featuring 150 plant species, enhances the microclimate and improves water retention. A durable steel sheet façade, triple glazing, and an optimized building envelope ensure high energy performance, supported by a heat pump and heating/cooling ceiling panels.
