Brookfield Incorporações, one of the largest real estate companies in Brazil, was emerging from a long economic crisis in the country. The company began a comprehensive repositioning project that included a new name, Tegra – from the union of “integrity” and “integration”. A strong and meaningful name also brought a challenge for its verbal identity: to change the classic language of the real estate universe. The visual identity was developed upon the idea of the light that is in its apartments, and is reflected on the colors, icons and photography style used. More than just a new identity, Tegra represents a unique moment in the company’s life.
