It is designed as a research and development hub that fosters cross-disciplinary collaboration--not only to overcome challenges at Haneda, but also to maximize the potential of terminal features in a future where concepts of mobility themselves have changed. The innovations that are built from scratch at terminal.0 HANEDA will be used to improve the terminals at Haneda Airport and continue spreading from there to other airports in Japan and around the world.
