THE BUS´S BELLY

Double-decker bus

This is a double-decker bus which can carry bicycles and uses automated driving technology. In this case, the first layer is emptied, except the stairs, so that the first layer provides more space for the riders and bicycles. When the bus stops, the support plates will be put down. Then the riders can get on and off the bus quickly. Meanwhile, the passengers can enter the door on the side and go up the stairs to the second floor. Besides, there are devices for bicycles to be fixed in the bus, avoiding the bicycles from sliding during the drive. In the future, the system of public bicycles can blend in the bus.
