The Elevation of Gravity

Installation and Event at Milan Design Week 2024

Revealing harmony through „The Elevation of Gravity“ For Design Week Milano 2024, Gaggenau presented "The Elevation of Gravity" at Villa Necchi’s pavilion, blending the brand's current identity with future aspirations. The pavilion, wrapped in semi-transparent fabric, created a serene escape, embodying both community and contemplation. Two contrasting yet connected poles represented Gaggenau’s "Today" and future vision. One side featured a communal kitchen and bar, symbolizing present values, while the "Rotunda" displayed elevated designs. Through dance, fabric, and visionary displays, the space evoked calm, discovery, and refined living.

iF Gold Statement

This intriguing interior was designed to reflect and express the identity of Gaggenau, the luxury kitchen appliance brand. We love the scenography and the balancing of disparate elements in this project, using subtle colors and mixing natural materials in dialogue with high-tech appliances. The location, Villa Necchi in Milan, is an appropriate ambassador for Gaggenau, blending as it does tradition and modernity, the solid and the ethereal.
